Darigold Pop-Up

Experience Design

As a 100 year-old dairy co-op in the Pacific Northwest, Darigold was established with older local consumers, but was seeking to create relevance with a wider and younger audience. We helped design a lighthearted experience at Bellevue Square, where passerby could better acquaint themselves with the brand, grab some milk and cookies, and walk away as fans.

Narrative

Our Front Door

A festive front door stands out and makes the world a little brighter. The beginning of a spirit of abundance spreading the heartfelt belief that there’s plenty of goodness to go around. The connection starts here, and it grows when we come together to share our traditions and discoveries. The things we love to do and the things we make with our own hands. This is how a neighborhood becomes a community, strangers become friends, and gatherings become celebrations. We’ve built our home here, welcoming you in with warm cookies and milk, and even warmer greetings.

A happy home

As lead designer, I translated the narrative idea of Our Front Door across the store. from a metaphorical entrance/threshold to hallway, mantel and living room. Every touchpoint was designed to make visitors feel welcome and spark further curiosity.
