Veeqo
Brand Design and Strategy, Visual Identity and Digital Design
Veeqo came to our team after being acquired by Amazon in 2022, looking to update their brand for global audience. They were releasing new features and moving to a free platform system, so wanted a brand that maintained a cheeky personality but emphasized itself as a powerful shipping tool for shippers of all size.
We began with a deep discovery and immersion phase to better understand the positioning, business and opportunities. From there, we crafted creative territories, a codified brand story and refined visual identity, all outlined in a comprehensive brand guidelines document and exemplified throughout the design of their website.

Making fulfillment less daunting, and dare we say…more fun?
Much of the task at hand centered around the complexity of fulfillment, and how to make it easier for their busy customers. We helped Veeqo refine both a messaging and visual hierarchy that accomplished this, in tandem with an inviting color palette, tongue-in-cheek graphics and lots of white space, among other tactics.

Veeqo wanted customers to pick up on their sense of humor and humanity—a much needed quality within the category. In addition to a vibrant palette and casual tone of voice, we developed a series of icons and badges for special communication and emphasis throughout the system.

In addition to providing Veeqo with comprehensive guidelines and assets to independently generate their own materials moving forward, we were invited to create multiple follow-up deliverables for campaign and communication needs. It was a priveledge to continue the partnership after the initial scope concluded.
